What a journey this has been! From the start of the discussion, to filing the tax return, getting a quick
approval, and then getting stuck in the account creation process, to the trip to Mumbai and despite assurances,
etc Bank took another four months to get the account created only to find that the other Bank didn’t properly
update the account number when the payment was attempted again. That required you to file a grievance with
them, which finally resulted in the payment being credited.
Happy to see that this has been resolved now.
